License Terms

A personal, professional or master Yearly license entitles you to 1 year of updates and support except for the Perpetual Licenses – which have no such limit!

The licenses let you use the product, by you or a client, in an end product which the end users are not charged for. No license allows you to resell any of our products as is. However, you will be able to buy on behalf of your customer and work with them. The QuantumCloud License allows/authorizes you to use our products. 

Some of our licenses allow you to use and install the product on multiple websites. This is assuming you will be the one developing the websites for you or your clients, but it is still your license. In this way, you’re “selling” an installation and *customization service to your clients using our product but they don’t own their own license, nor are they eligible for customer support through us. Also, if you modify the core product code to remove branding or do something else, we will be unable to provide support for such customization.

Why do you purchase a subscription plan?

Some of our Licenses include 1 year of  Updates  and Support. After the 1 year period, your Single Website License will expire and you will have no Auto Update or download access for the product/products from your Account Dashboard. 

WordPress is evolving daily. We need to keep our plugin compatible with latest WordPress, WooCommerce etc. Otherwise, the products will stop working. The subscription mode helps us keep our products updated and improving it continuously.

Before the term of 1 year expires, you will need to purchase an Upgrade  your License to receive any discounted price offered. If your License expires, or after the term of 1 year you will need to purchase a new license at full price.

Will your card get charged automatically after one year for subscription?

No. You will be notified by email to manually renew your license. You can, of course, cancel any time. If your license expires, you can keep using the plugin but won’t receive any more support or updates.

REFUNDS

QuantumCloud/Turbopowers.com stands behind all of our products and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of our products. This we can guarantee. If for some reason, we cannot make the plugin work on your site as described – we will offer 100% refund!

All our plugins have a Free version available. We encourage you to try the free version before buying the pro version to ensure that the pro version matches your expectation.

If you have any questions on configuring the product please contact us anytime.

We release each of our product with useful and innovative features and spend hundreds of hours testing and developing them. They are our babies! Still, the WordPress eco system is vast and it is expected to run into some conflicts or server environment issue occasionally. If you find anything wrong with your plugin functionality, please cooperate with us and give us a chance to fix the issue by opening a support ticket with us.

We offer 14 days money back guarantee if you request support and we are unable to get the product working on your website similar to the product demo. Before applying for refund request please read the following conditions. Please note that we do not offer a refund for features that a product does not include already. We will offer 100% refund

  1. If the product you purchased is non-functional.
  2. If we cannot get the product to work as shown in our Live demo after you requested support
  3. If the product has not been downloaded
  4. If a product is “not as described” – materially different from the product’s main description and live demo

We cannot offer a refund

  1. If you have changed your mind and simply say that you do not want it anymore
  2. If you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  3. If you ask for any feature that is not already listed in our product description. (please check the feature list and the demo preview to understand what the product does and ask us any pre-sale questions you might have)
  4. If you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  5. If you have already availed extensive support from us for the product you bought
  6. If you do not open a support ticket from our support portal first and give us a chance to find a solution to any issue you might have

Please request support and refund within 14 days of purchase.  You can open a support request from our Support Portal here.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery via email, download link, or QuantumCloud account download access, we do not exchange Products or Platforms.

It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the correct product.

*One exception: If you realize you have purchased the incorrect product, if you contact QuantumCloud before the product is downloaded, we can change the product/platform to the correct one.

Modifications

You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased products to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance with license you acquire. Basically, if you just do not start (re)selling our product with some re-branding and modifications – it’s all good. However, we will be unable to provide any support when core plugin code or functionality is modified.

Unauthorized Use

Reselling or redistributing our products without approval from our Company is expressly prohibited.

Reselling Your Website with Our Plugin Installed

You can create a website with our plugin installed and sell the website for use by one client. This practice is fine so long as you are not bundling the plugin as part of a premium theme or another end product and selling that in bulk to end users. You will need special license for that. Please contact us for more details.

Installations

Installation can be made by our installation service or by you. You may contact us to use our installation service via the contact form.

General Information

You may modify your product to fit the purpose or design of your requirement. However, you are expressly prohibited from redistributing or reselling our products without consent. One website means one WordPress installation.

SUPPORT

The hours of Support are Monday-Friday between 10.00am-9:00pm (GMT+6).
All Support questions must be submitted from our Support Desk.

TERMS OF SUPPORT

If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage or hosting problems not caused by QuantumCloud, we will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website.

Support includes troubleshooting any problem with the plugin, reply to any question you might have to use the product properly. Support does not include adding any new feature you might need, adding contents on your behalf, doing any custom works etc. The software is provided as is without any explicit guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements or environments. Life time indicates a certain product’s development life time.

ACCOUNT/SERVICE/SUPPORT TERMINATION

We, QuantumCloud, www.QuantumCloud.com, woowbot.pro have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion.

Reasons accounts are terminated:

  • Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions
  • A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior, threats, abuse, extortion or spam)
  • Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)
  • QuantumCloud demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.

Upon termination of an account all valid product license keys will be removed, all support will be terminated.

WITH RESPECT TO ALL PERSONS AND ENTITIES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY HAVE OBTAINED OR USED THE SERVICE FOR PERSONAL, COMMERCIAL OR OTHER PURPOSES, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Although you may not be charged taxes by us, you agree that you will pay any applicable taxes or fees to your local or state tax agency for any purchases. We are not responsible for collecting, transmitting, or advising on taxes, duties, or other levies by the government regarding your purchases.

What is the Bargaining Bot?

Say goodbye to the old and boring way of offering discounts for the sake of it. Let your customers haggle for it. Bargaining Bot is the World’s first negotiation bot for WooCommerce. Shoppers are more likely to take advantage of their discount if they have to “work” for it. It makes the shopping experience much more lively and interactive.

Once a deal is made by the Bargaining Bot, the shopper can complete the checkout with the discounted price.

If no deal is made, the ChatBot offers to email the shopper’s last offered price to the shop admin. Admin can then email the Customer to complete the deal.

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE SHOPPERS?

In addition to your Add to Cart button, the Bargaining Bot enables a Make Your Offer Now button. After clicking this button, shoppers can enter an Offer Price. If their Offer Price is at or above your Minimum Acceptable price, then the Bargaining Bot accepts the offer.

If the Offer Price is below your minimum acceptable price, the Bot will automatically ask the shopper for a better price. If the price is too low, the Bot will make the last offer at your Minimum Acceptable price. If the shopper accepts it then the Bot will apply a product-specific discount and ask to checkout.

If the shopper denies the offer, Bot will ask for the shopper’s email that will be sent to the shop admin with details about the product and the last offer by the shopper.

HOW IT WORKS FOR MERCHANTS?

Once you install the Bot, you may apply the Make Your Offer Now button to any specific product or all products in your store with just one click. You can set up the Minimum Acceptable price for an individual product or set a Global discount percentage from the Bot settings.
