How can I upgrade from previous version of Simple Link Directory Pro?
Download the latest pro version of the plugin from website, Log in to your WordPress admin area and go to the Plugins management page.
Is it possible to increase logo size?
It is possible with Custom CSS from Setting section. Email us the page link, we will provide the CSS code needed.
My site page where it shows SLD lists takes a long time to load? What can I do?
The most likely reason is that you selected favicon for a large number of items. Favicons are auto detected and loaded from other website/s.
I have setup List Categories and Lists and neither is showing on home page. Did I install correctly?
You have to put the short code where you want to show the List/s. There is a Shortcode generator in your page or post editor.
Is Simple Link Directory Pro mobile friendly? Does it function well on cells and tablets?
Yes, SLD pro is mobile device friendly and all templates are Responsive.
Does the plugin support the creation of multiple lists, each with their own categories?
Of course, you can create multiple lists. Say, you want to cover a broad niche like Best WordPress Plugins (this is your category).
Can I link any item to custom page?
You can add any hyperlink – either to one of your own website pages or external website.
Is there a bulk upload method to add 100’s of links into the list from a CSV or XLS?
Yes, we have a CSV import feature for bulk upload of a large number of links. Log in to your WordPress admin area and browse to Simple Link Directory->Import/Export area.
Why is my CSV file not importing all list items?
The CSV file itself and characters in it must be in utf-8 format. Please check your CSV file for any unusual/non-utf-8 characters.
